As one of the leading UK Shipping Container suppliers Willbox Ltd are looking for a new team member to join our growing Accounts division.
· Enquiries & Quotations – Manage inbound enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up to maximise sales conversion.
· Order Processing & Scheduling – Handle hire contracts, proforma invoice while efficiently coordinating deliveries.
· Stock & Contract Management – Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate contract allocations and process off-hires in a timely manner.
· Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination – Work with third-party suppliers to manage stock availability, pricing and raising of purchase orders.
· Hire Desk Administration – Maintain accurate records, manage cancellations / aborted deliveries and manage online payments.
· Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Address customer concerns, including service queries and complaints.
· Compliance & Process Adherence – Follow company policies, procedures and best practices related to hire desk operations.
· Reporting & Performance Tracking – Monitor key performance metrics, attend management meetings, and provide customer feedback.
· Payments & Invoicing Support – Assist with invoice queries and ensure proforma payments are received before scheduling deliveries.
Customer Service Excellence – Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
· Sales & Negotiation – Ability to follow up on quotes, chase orders, and maximise conversions.
· Problem-Solving – Resolving issues, handling complaints, and overcoming stock challenges.
· Attention to Detail – Ensuring contracts, payments, and hire records are processed correctly.
