Our Aberdeen depot was set up in 2011 to support our growing fleet of Offshore DNV2.7-1 units, as well as our existing range of steel storage containers, and anti-vandal site cabins (site accommodation units). Our Aberdeen depot is located in Dyce, which provides us with excellent access to most of Aberdeenshire.

As well as providing a range of steel storage and shipping containers, Willbox have become known for the supply of our site accommodation units, such as anti-vandal site offices, canteens, drying rooms, and many self-powered welfare units, in addition to toilet blocks, and portable chemical toilets.

DELIVERY TO SITE

When using Willbox, the products you hire or purchase from us will be delivered using the latest Hiab crane vehicles, operated by our experienced crane operators. Off-loading using a Hiab means that the equipment is unloaded safely, and can be situated precisely.

For sites where access by truck is impossible, consider the Expandarange of flat-rack containers.

WILLBOX ABERDEEN

Aberdeen is Scotland’s third largest city with population of around 225,000. Aberdeen is recognised for the important role it plays in the Oil & Gas Industry, and the city is frequently referred to as the ‘Energy Capital of Europe’ due to the large scale energy projects that take place in the North Sea.

The city is also a bustling industrial hub for many other business that are involved in the Oil and Gas sector. In addition, Aberdeen has two big universities: The University of Aberdeen, and Robert Gordon University. Aberdeen was named by HSBC as one of eight ‘Super Cities’ spearheading the UK’s economy, the only city in Scotland to receive this accolade.

All these factors made Aberdeen the ideal location for our first Willbox site in Scotland. From our site in Dyce, easy access to Aberdeen Harbour is provided via the A96.
