We’re proud to celebrate Thomas Phillips, who has achieved a Distinction in his Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Thomas joined Willbox straight after completing his A Levels, choosing an apprenticeship to gain hands-on experience and build practical business skills.

Since joining the team, Thomas has played an important role supporting Sales, managing customer enquiries and orders, and helping deliver excellent service to our customers. Alongside this, he also supports Woodpecker Self Storage by handling enquiries, assisting customers moving into units, and helping maintain the site to a high standard.

Thomas commented:‍

“I wanted to start my career straight away and learn in a hands-on environment. The apprenticeship helped me develop my knowledge and skills much faster by applying them to real situations.”
