The south-coasts leading shipping container supplier Willbox is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Gilbey as Conversions Manager and Steve Morrison as Sales Manager, alongside the promotion of Andrew Deveril to General Manager. These leadership changes support continued demand and growth, aligning with Willbox’s strategic plans for expansion into 2026.
Building on his extensive background in design management, Paul will drive every aspect of Willbox’s container conversions, leading design and planning initiatives while actively securing new customers and projects. Attracted by the company’s collaborative culture, Paul believes that “people are at the heart of success” and is eager to contribute to strengthening the business through teamwork and innovation.

Another key development at Willbox is the appointment of Steve Morrison as Sales Manager. With over 25 years of senior management experience in the motor industry, Steve brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. He will oversee purchasing, manage container stock levels, and lead the overall sales function at Willbox. Supported by the dedicated Sales Team, Steve aims to streamline the supply chain and ensure customers have access to competitively priced containers from the company’s 24 depots across the UK.

He will continue to drive improvements in day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in delivering growth across the sales, hire, and conversions divisions.
